About New Horizon Solutions

NHS Richard Dunks and Graeme Linklater founded New Horizon Solutions to fix a problem they kept seeing inside their executive search work: great hires being undone by the businesses they were placed into. Wrong culture, no alignment on what success looks like, or both at once. The candidate's career hit a handbrake nobody owned.

NHS now advises across three pillars. Richard leads People, Culture and Talent. Graeme leads Strategy, Process and Technology. Between them they've spent twenty-five years running the kind of organisations they now advise. Founder-led businesses and SMEs at inflection points: scale, sale, succession, or turnaround.
