Yes. Compono Develop is a learning management system (LMS) used by schools, childcare operators, universities and training providers for staff learning. It delivers and records mandatory training, and ties learning pathways to what a role actually requires rather than to a completion count.

Yes. A check is recorded against the person as a competency, with its expiry date and a reminder before it lapses, so currency is visible by centre and by role. Compono holds and reports the record. Issuing the check stays with the state scheme.

Staff. Compono is a staff platform: hiring, culture, learning and competency. Student enrolment, attendance, reporting and results belong in your student management system, and Compono sits beside it without duplicating it.

Yes. An RTO can hold vocational and industry currency for each trainer as competencies, with assessment evidence attached. Compono Assure adds the framework where you need assessed capability rather than recorded attendance.

Yes. Compono Hire posts to SEEK and the job boards and keeps every applicant in one ranked pipeline, with each one profiled against the role and the team at that site. Centre directors and principals run their own hiring within the standard you set.

Alongside it. Compono holds the staff record: what people are trained to do and what they are current in, team by team. A single site can be live in days and a network usually takes a few weeks. Your student system keeps the learner record, and the two do not overlap.

Cost follows headcount rather than site count. A 60-centre operator is usually well past 500 staff, which is a scoped conversation rather than a band, and the pricing page carries the size bands below that.

Compono is built and hosted in Australia and New Zealand, and the platform is written to travel. Data is hosted in Australia and New Zealand wherever your team sits. The child-safety check changes name by market, and the way Compono records it does not.
