About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Yard Person to become part of our successful team.

What you will do:

Load and unload trucks and containers
Pick and pack orders
Deliveries and stock inventory
Ensure materials are stored properly
Move materials to and from storage areas, delivery vehicles, freight containers, by hand or using other equipment
Keep all machinery and tools clean and in good working order for safe usage
Report all issues regarding waste, damage, equipment or safety

What you’ll need to succeed:

Current Forklift Licence (required)
Construction Induction White Card (required)
Current MR Truck licence (desirable)
General computer skills
Previous labouring experience
Be able to lift up to 25kg
Ability to work independently, unsupervised and problem solve
Demonstrate attention to detail, be punctual and reliable
Have a positive attitude and take pride in your work
