About the Role

Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Analyst / Specialist.

What you will do: 

  • Delivering IT support to end users in a remote or in-person capacity
  • Ensuring support systems run correctly and tickets are processed in a timely manner
  • Setting up new user accounts on IT systems and websites
  • Assisting with installing and maintaining networks
  • Accessing databases and analysing information
  • Instructing others on the proper use of computer hardware and software
  • Monitoring incoming support requests and analysing the overall quality of support provided

What you’ll need to succeed:    

  • Prior experience in an IT support role
  • Commitment to deliver amazing customer service    
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Experience using support software such as Zoho or Zendesk
  • Certificate IV in Information Technology or a Diploma of Information Technology is a bonus
