About the Role
Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Analyst / Specialist.
What you will do:
- Delivering IT support to end users in a remote or in-person capacity
- Ensuring support systems run correctly and tickets are processed in a timely manner
- Setting up new user accounts on IT systems and websites
- Assisting with installing and maintaining networks
- Accessing databases and analysing information
- Instructing others on the proper use of computer hardware and software
- Monitoring incoming support requests and analysing the overall quality of support provided
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Prior experience in an IT support role
- Commitment to deliver amazing customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using support software such as Zoho or Zendesk
- Certificate IV in Information Technology or a Diploma of Information Technology is a bonus
