About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our enthusiastic team.
What you will do:
- Supervising a team and assisting with further training and development of team members
- Customer service including complaint resolution
- Operating POS system including End of Day paperwork
- Communicating with kitchen
- Ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation and guidelines
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Leadership experience in a hospitality environment
- Valid RSA
- People orientated with excellent customer service skills
- Be punctual and well presented
- Good availability across a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
- Point of sale experience
- Ability to deal with obstacles/issues in a professional manner
