About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our enthusiastic team.

What you will do:

Supervising a team and assisting with further training and development of team members
Customer service including complaint resolution
Operating POS system including End of Day paperwork
Communicating with kitchen
Ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers
Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation and guidelines

What you’ll need to succeed:

Leadership experience in a hospitality environment
Valid RSA
People orientated with excellent customer service skills
Be punctual and well presented
Good availability across a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
Point of sale experience
Ability to deal with obstacles/issues in a professional manner
