About the Role
Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Manager.
What you will do:
- Setting targets for stores located in your region
- Designing performance objectives for stores to follow
- Reporting on metrics
- Evaluating team and staff performance
- Providing leadership to area, territory and store managers
- Providing training and development to teams
- Resolving problems in the region when they are escalated
- Maximising sales and profitability across the stores in your region
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team of senior retail managers
- Experience creating development plans, identifying and investing in key talent
- Sound retail operations experience gained through at least 3-5 years managing a multi-site environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to exceed KPI’s and targets
- A strong retail business and commercial acumen
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to use your initiative to identify and implement opportunities to improve stores within your region
- Certificate IV in Retail Management a bonus
