About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team.
What you will do:
- Partnering with leaders and hiring managers to understand their business and determine targeted recruitment and attraction strategies
- Utilising proactive sourcing techniques and social media to identify and grow talent pools
- Mentoring and leading a successful recruitment team of consultants and administrators
- Championing the brand and ensuring a positive employee experience
- Effectively managing external third-party suppliers to ensure appropriate engagement
- Working with cross-functional teams on HR and business-wide projects
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that can improve the recruitment function
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar recruitment leadership role
- Demonstrated experience and success in proactive talent sourcing
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing a talent, attraction and recruitment strategy
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with wider HR and cross-operational teams
- Experience in developing resources and provide education to upskill managers in the area of recruitment and selection
- Ability to maintain data integrity as single point of truth for recruitment-related data
- Strong reporting and analytic skills to update on recruitment deliverables and outcomes
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in developing talent pools in core and critical areas
- A desire to work across broad HR projects and deliver solution-orientated outcomes
