About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join our team.
What you will do:
- Supporting the Recruitment team with preparing adverts and coordinating interviews
- Supporting recruitment activities through timely and efficient onboarding of candidates
- Maintaining details on an ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Conducting reference checks
- First point of contact for any general recruitment queries
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced HR, Recruitment or Office Administrator role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with people at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own work
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of MS Office with the ability to learn new systems quickly
