About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to become part of our successful team.

What you will do:

Greeting customers and accepting prescriptions to provide to the Pharmacist
Advising customers on retail products and non-prescription medications
Requesting extended advice from the Pharmacist when required
Teaching customers how to apply and store medicines and products
Operating a point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS
Cash handling and preparing invoices or receipts
Stock management, including preparing inventories

What you’ll need to succeed:

Experience as a Pharmacy or Retail Assistant preferred
Commitment to deliver amazing customer service
Good availability to work a variety of shifts during the day, evenings and weekends
Time management, communication and teamwork skills
Certificate II In Community Pharmacy a bonus
