About the Role

We are looking for a star Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior staff.

What you will do: 

  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities of senior staff, such as managing schedules and appointments, monitoring and responding to emails
  • Preparing and organising travel and itineraries, including booking flights, accommodation and scheduling appointments
  • Planning meetings, sending invitations, drafting presentations and taking notes or minutes during meetings

What you’ll need to succeed:    

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills    
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • High level of discretion
  • Great attention to detail and coordination skills
