About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly driven Leasing Agent to join our team.
What you will do:
- Meeting with potential clients to go over products and services, and the terms of leases available
- Helping clients understand their rights and obligations under the contract they’ve chosen
- Drawing up paperwork and ensuring details are correct
- Complying with regulations, codes of conduct and credit assessment rules
- Checking application details, such as salary information, with referees
- Inspecting prior to and after leasing and writing condition reports
- Preparing and uploading online ads to various websites and marketplaces
- Processing lease renewals and changes to terms
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven track record of achievement in a previous leasing or sales role
- Ability to build sound relationships with prospects/clients
- Self awareness, sound interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High-level communication and influence skills (written & verbal)
- Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)
- Current registration with your state’s real estate licensing board
