About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team.
What you will do:
- Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
- Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment
- Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members
- Ensure that team members are briefed on all specials and standard menu items
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of restaurant, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment
- Handle any escalated guest complaints
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Valid RSA
- People orientated with excellent customer service skills
- Be punctual and well presented
- Good availability across a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
- Point of sale experience
- Ability to deal with obstacles/issues in a professional manner
