About the Role
We have an opportunity for Food and Beverage Attendants to join our enthusiastic team.
What you will do:
- Greeting customers in a confident and professional way
- Taking orders, serving items and cleaning away used crockery, cutlery and glasses
- Understanding all food and beverage items on the menu and be able to explain particular products to customers and offer personalised recommendations
- Collecting payment and operating the point of sale system
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) a bonus
- People orientated with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communicator and team player
- Be punctual and well presented
- Good availability across a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
