About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team.

What you will do:

Observing, measuring and recording patients' vital statistics and reporting changes in patient's conditions to RNs and doctors
Providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families
Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, showering and dressing
Working to a care plan set by RNs, doctors, and therapists
Writing detailed patient notes
Providing pre-and post-operative nursing care
Providing wound care

What you’ll need to succeed:

Registered as an enrolled nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Demonstrated experience in managing a patient caseload, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and monitor work flow
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Effective interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
