About the Role

Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contact Centre Manager.

What you will do: 

  • Managing a team of customer service / call centre agents
  • Overseeing the performance of customer service and sales team members
  • Implementing process improvements
  • Responding to and resolving all escalated queries

What you’ll need to succeed:    

  • Experience at manager level in a customer service environment
  • Good understanding of call centre technology, including databases, call routing systems and contact management systems
  • Experience with email, live chat, instant messaging and videoconferencing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to build highly effective internal and external relationships 
  • A passion for customer service excellence and drive to achieve results 
  • Certificate IV in Customer Engagement or a Diploma of Customer Engagement beneficial
