About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Construction Manager to become part of our successful team.
What you will do:
- Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
- Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment
- Negotiating with building owners, property developers and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management)
- Builders registration for your relevant state
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised and problem solve
- Demonstrate attention to detail, be punctual and reliable
- Have a positive attitude and take pride in your work
