About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Compliance Manager to join our team.
What you will do:
- Developing and implementing company policies
- Regularly reviewing and evaluating company adherence to policies and regulations
- Overseeing all business operations relating to compliance
- Designing and managing control systems to deal with compliance violations
- Supervising compliance team
- Delivering employee training on compliance issues
- Keeping abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management or a Diploma of Quality Auditing a bonus
- Compliance or Audit experience
- Adaptive influencing and relationship building skills across senior stakeholders and peers
- Excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills
- Strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
