About the Role
Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an opening for a Collections Officer.
What you will do:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Advising on repayment plans to suit level of debt and customer circumstances
- Escalating calls to managers when required
- Adhering to legislative guidelines and the Privacy Act
- Entering data and maintaining accurate records
- Facilitating advanced collections activity, such as sending letters of demand and reminder messages
- Referring customers to independent financial advisors
- Improve operational processes
- Work to key performance indicators
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Commitment to deliver amazing customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Good availability to work a variety of shifts during the day, evenings and weekends
