About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly dedicated Childcare Worker to join our team.
What you will do:
- Supervising the daily routine of children including educational, recreational and hygiene regimes
- Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities
- Managing children's behaviour and supporting children's social development
- Planning and coordinating activities for children
- Entertaining children through reading and playing games
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Effective interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
