About the Role
We have an opportunity for Catering Assistants to join our enthusiastic team.
What you will do:
- Carrying out basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling and dicing
- Simple grilling, roasting, broiling and baking
- Receiving deliveries from suppliers
- Clearing waste and cleaning the kitchen surfaces according to hygiene standards
- Operating machinery, such as mixers and blenders
- Managing and organising the store room and fridge
- Ensuring Caterers and Chefs have the tools, food and equipment they need
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong communicator and team player
- Be punctual and well presented
- Good availability across a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
