About the Role
We are looking for a star Bookkeeper to work as part of a Finance team to help with maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and producing financial statements.
What you will do:
- Recording the financial transactions of a business in bookkeeping software, spreadsheets or databases
- Preparing and sending invoices and receipts to debtors
- Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
- Reporting irregularities in data to management
- Producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or Diploma of Accounting
- BAS Agent qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using MYOB, Xero or similar financial software
- Understanding of finance regulations and legislations
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Great attention to detail
