About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Baker to become a part of our busy team.
What you will do:
- Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking
- Preparing sweet and savoury pastry and dough fillings, rolling out pastry and creating a variety of baked goods
- Monitoring proving, cooking and cooling times, in addition to ensuring the appearance of items is consistent
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Certificate in Baking
- Food Handler's Certificate
- Able to work well as part of a team and under pressure
- Exceptional efficiency with great attention to detail
- Have clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
