About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Actuary to join our team.
What you will do:
- Examining and analysing statistics related to risks and calculate the possible financial consequences of those risks
- Estimating future probabilities of events and establish premiums, expected rates of return or contributions
- Ensuring we have appropriate finance available to minimise the impact of risk and uncertainty
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor of Actuarial Studies or a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies)
- Accredited Associate Actuary
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of finance regulations and legislations
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Great attention to detail
